Policies

All sessions are currently being held via secure HIPPA compliant video or phone. The standard meeting time for psychotherapy is 50 minutes. Longer sessions can be scheduled in advance if needed. 

Cancellations not received at least 24 HOURS in advance will be subject to a full charge for that session. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and held exclusively for you. Three no-shows in a row will result in ending of services. 

Fee scale: $150 - $225

Out of Pocket:

• up to 50-minute session - $150
• up to 80-minute session - $180

Full-fee session rates supplement limited reduced-rate slots for those in financial need; please inquire if you have financial need.

I accept OHP Care Oregon/Health Share insurance. 

I accept United Insurance for employees of Nike and Intel only. 

I am currently not accepting other insurance, however I can issue a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement. An insurance Superbill is not a guarantee of reimbursement, Please contact your insurance company for details of your plan. I am happy to answer any questions you have about Superbills and what information to get from your insurance company, 

• You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. 
• Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. 
• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. 
• You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. 
• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
